Dec 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The spouse of the South California’s governor seems to be a strong willed lady and she is braving the media attention her troubled marriage is facing with dignity and a show of immense strength. Her spouse, Mark Sanford, has come under the scanner of media after his secret affair with an Argentine lady was exposed some months ago. The governor has reportedly referred to that woman as his ideal soul mate. Recently, the first lady of South California shared the facts about her troubled relation with her spouse, with ABC special show host Barbara Walters. In the interview she expressed her doubts about the possibility of saving the relation. When Barbara Walters asked her whether the marriage, which is more than a decade old, will sustain- Jenny Sanford expressed her doubts.

The first lady also expressed her apprehension on the obstacles being great for her. Unlike other wives of political leaders accused of having extra marital relations, Jenny Sanford denied to support her husband for his illicit liaison. She and her spouse has four kids. Recently the governor met his lady love secretly but it got leaked to media. She also said when her husband confessed to the media about his affair, she chose to stay away. Even if she was asked by him to stay by his side she would have refused it.

The estranged first lady is writing a book on her troubled marital life. However, she has no ambitions to pursue politics in the near future, as of now. It is chiefly due to the fact that never in her life did she have much political aspirations. She told this to Barbara Walters during the interview.
