Lhasa, March 21 (Xinhua) Major Internet portals in China, including Yahoo.com and Sina.com, Friday showed images of some of the March 14 riot suspects wanted by the police. Phone numbers of the Public Security Bureau here were posted along with the images taken from videos.
The bureau called on the public to provide tips that may lead to their capture, according to the websites.
Bureau sources said that, starting last Monday, they had issued 21 warrants against individuals suspected of participating in the unrest that broke out in the Tibetan capital March 14.
Two suspects were apprehended by the police and another surrendered to the authorities Thursday night, the sources said Friday.
