Hooda government transfers 25 top bureaucrats
November 15th, 2009 - 12:54 am ICT by IANSChandigarh, Nov 14 (IANS) The Haryana government Saturday evening ordered the immediate transfer of 25 senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
Manik B. Sonawane, financial commissioner and principal secretary (FCPS) housing and renewable energy sources goes as FCPS, cooperation department in place of S.S. Dhillon who was moved to public works (building and roads) and architecture department.
Dhillon replaces K.K. Jalan.
Chhatar Singh, principal secretary to Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, will also be chief coordinator, Investment Promotion Centre, New Delhi.
Anuradha Gupta, FCPS, health, becomes additional principal secretary to the chief minister. She has been replaced by Navraj Sandhu, FCPS, social justice and empowerment.
Surina Rajan, FCPS (labour commissioner) has been posted as FCPS, public health engineering department. Arun Kumar has been posted as the new state labour commissioner.
K.K. Khandelwal, additional principal secretary to the chief minister will be FCPS, information and public relations.
Shiv Raman Gaur will be the new director and special secretary, information and public relations and additional principal secretary to the chief minister.
T.K. Sharma will be the new commissioner of Gurgaon division in place of D.P.S. Nagal.
This is the first major reshuffle carried out by Hooda after assuming charge as Haryana chief minister for a second time Oct 25.
