Hillary Clinton to deliver major foreign policy address

- WASHINGTON D.C. (BNO NEWS) — U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will deliver a “major” foreign policy address next Wednesday, the U.S. State Department said on Friday evening.
Clinton will address a crowd at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C. Her remarks will be followed by a question-and-answer period with members, presided over by Council on Foreign Relations President Richard N. Haass.
The one-hour event will begin at around 1 p.m. EDT.
