Hema Malini is worth Rs.60 crore

Bangalore, Feb 21 (IANS) Hindi film world’s ‘dream girl’ Hema Malini owns diamonds, gold, houses and other assets valued at over Rs.60 crore and she has a debt of Rs.17 crore. The actress gave these details Monday while filing her nomination as Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Rajya Sabha from Karnataka.BJP vice president Hema Malini, who has completed one term in Rajya Sabha as a nominated member, said in her affidavit that she owns about 5 kg of gold, a few diamonds and over 25 kg silver valued together at Rs.1.39 crore.
She has four residential properties, including an 800-square yard house in Juhu in Mumbai. Their total value is estimated at Rs.35.8 crore. Other assets listed as “values of claims/interests” come to Rs.23 crore.
Hema Malini owes IDBI Bank and ICICI Bank Rs.17 crore. She has four cars, including a Mercedez Benz.
Hema Malini said she has studied up to matriculation.
