Ghaziabad, Jan 11 (IANS) Ghaziabad District Magistrate Shashi Bhushan Lal Sushil was Wednesday transferred from his post on the directions of the Election Commission.
Sushil, who has been asked to report to the state capital, will be replaced by Aparna U., presently posted as the additional commissioner, trade tax at Noida.
The poll panel ordered the district magistrate’s transfer after it received complaints from various political parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress, about Sushil being partial towards the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).
