Washington DC, July 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former US president Bill Clinton has achieved a lot in the 63 years that he’s lived, but he says he will like to achieve one more thing i.e. climb mountain Kilimanjaro in Africa, before he dies.
He also spoke about wanting to run a marathon when he took the stage to speak at the 18th International Aids Conference on Monday.
He said he was a huge fan of “the Bucket List” which is a movie released in 2007 in which Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson played two seriously ill men who made a list about the things they want to do before they die.
Clinton said he had an A-list and B-list and the A-list was far more important than the B-list. He also said he would love to see his grandchildren before he finally passes away.
It ought to be mentioned that Mount Kilimanjaro is 5,963 meters high and found in northern Tanzania. Every year lots of hikers flock to the mountain and stay there in tents, on many different altitudes of the mountain, while they try to climb it. The final stage is usually covered in the night so as to get a peek of the African plains at dawn.
