Elizabeth Edwards’ health deteriorates

New York, Dec 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Elizabeth Edwards has given the biggest indication yet that she might have lost her battle against breast cancer.
Edwards was diagnosed with the condition in 2004 and after years of chemotherapy and treatments, doctors say that is all her body can take. Her family members indicated in a statement that further treatment will be unproductive and as a result, the 61-year-old wife of US politician, John Edwards may have just few weeks to live now.
She was surrounded by her family and friends at her bedside. The people around her included her husband, John Edwards.
Incredibly, those at her bedside indicated that Edwards was in no pain at all and she appeared to be in good spirit. She even had the luxury to chat with her friends on Facebook about her condition. She admitted that she was gravely ill and indicated that she believes the days of everyone of this planet are numbered.
Edwards and her estranged husband, John Edward have been separated after John admitted that he has cheated on his wife with another woman.
John Edward and John Kerry did run on the ticket of the Democrats during the 2004 election with George Bush. The pair eventually lost the bid.
