Dhumal mourns S.S. Ray’s death
November 7th, 2010 - 9:06 pm ICT by IANSShimla, Nov 7 (IANS) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal Sunday mourned the death of former Punjab governor Siddhartha Shankar Ray, who died in Kolkata Saturday following renal failure.
In a condolence message, Dhumal said the services rendered by Ray in various capacities, especially as chief minister of West Bengal and Indian ambassador to the US, would be remembered by all.
