Court rejects CBI plea for narco test on Jagan aide
February 2nd, 2012 - 5:28 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )Hyderabad, Feb 2 (IANS) A special court here Thursday dismissed a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) petition seeking its permission for narco-analysis test on Vijay Sai Reddy, a close aide of YSR Congress party leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, in a case involving Jaganmohan’s alleged illegal assets.
The CBI special court refused permission for narco-analysis test on the ground that, as ruled by the Supreme Court, it could not be conducted without the consent of the accused.
