New Delhi, March 17 (IANS) The Congress Wednesday wished “luck” to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Nitin Gadkari’s new team of office-bearers but declined comment on the appointment of Varun Gandhi, a member of the Nehru-Gandhi family, as BJP secretary.
“It is their party. We wish the new team luck,” Congress spokesperson Jayanti Natarajan said when asked about its views on Varun Gandhi, who made inflammatory remarks during the Lok Sabha election last year.
