Congress names leaders to represent party in TV debates

New Delhi, Dec 3 (IANS) The Congress Friday came out with a list of party leaders, union ministers and spokespersons who will put forth the party’s viewpoint in television debates.
According to Congress sources, party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi has informed various news channels about the party leaders who had been authorised to participate in debates.
The leaders include union ministers Ghulam Nabi Azad, Ambika Soni, Pawan Kumar Bansal, C.P. Joshi, Jairam Ramesh, MPs Girja Vyas, Raj Babbar, P.C. Chako, Sanjay Nirupam, former minister Renuka Chowdhury and five spokespersons - Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Manish Tewari, Shakeel Ahmed, Jayanthi Natarajan and Mohan Prakash.
