New Delhi, July 22 (IANS) Leaders of the Congress and the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) appeared relaxed in the Lok Sabha Tuesday and were seen sharing jokes during the debate on the confidence vote. The body language of the UPA leadership was relaxed given the tension in their ranks Sunday and Monday over the numbers game — an indication perhaps that it was confident of winning the trust vote.

Congress president Sonia Gandhi was seen sharing a joke with ministers Lalu Prasad and Renuka Chowdhury.

Sonia Gandhi’s daughter Priyanka could be seen in the VIP visitors gallery dressed in a white top and black trousers. Husband Robert Vadra, who was chewing gum, was with her.

Media personality and MP Shobhana Bhartia, industrialists Rahul Bajaj and Rajeev Chandrashekhar were also present in the visitors gallery.
