Chopper carrying PM to Kokrajhar returns due to bad weather

Guwahati, July 28 (IANS) The three helicopters carrying Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi among other VIPS, which took off for violence-hit Kokrajhar from an airport near Guwahati Saturday morning, returned due to bad weather, officials said.
