fire14Rhinebeck, July 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Police officials in the town of Rhinebeck are very busy these days. It is not a criminal case that is keeping them busy, but the upcoming wedding of Bill Clinton’s daughter’s wedding to take place this month. The police officials and law enforcement officers are scheduled to get together and discuss the impact that the July 31st wedding will have on the general public.

It has been reported that the Chelsea Clinton wedding will affect the traffic and the emergency services in the town in a big way. Therefore, the police have to make the necessary arrangements to avoid any unwanted incidents within the premises of the town and ensure public safety on the D-day of Chelsea Clinton. Captain Lisa Loughran of the Rhinebeck state police has, however, not confirmed the date of the meeting saying that it will be held very soon much before the scheduled day of the Clinton marriage.

The Rhinebeck police will not be working alone though. The New York police has promised to provide the necessary help needed by the officials stationed in the Troop K area of Milbrook where the wedding is reported to take place.

James Reardon, Mayor of Rhinebeck, however, denies receiving any confirmation of the date of the wedding from the Clintons. He says that he has no information on how the Secret Service in Rhinebeck will provide any help to the Clintons when they are in the village to celebrate their daughter’s wedding. The Mayor also adds that the emergency vehicles running within the village may be the most affected ones as a number of police vehicles will occupy the roads of Rhinebeck on July 31. The wedding will be graced by the likes of President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Steven Spielberg, Ted Turner and Barbra Streisand, among others.
