Callista Gingrich's hair cut Washington, Jan 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The hairstyle of Callista Gingrich has been a subject of debate since her husband stepped up to bid for the Republican candidacy for the presidency. Inquistir.com reports that the hair really comes at a cost.

The website says Callista’s hair is done at Andre Chreky salon in Washington D.C. Giving the breakdown of how much it cost for the hair to be done, the website said Castilla pays $300 to have the hair cut. After that she pays another $90 because with that amount, she get Andre himself to work on the hair.

Inquistir’s report revealed that, “Newt’s third wife gets her hair down at the Andre Chreky salon in D.C. (the New Yorker says she gets it down at the Sugar House in Virginia) for $300. She has her hair done by Andre himself, which costs an extra $90. According to the article this happens about once every six weeks which comes out to a little over $3000 a year.”

Gingrich is currently neck-one-neck with two other contestants in the GOP race. The race enters another phase with the upcoming contest in Florida. Whoever picks the nomination will represent the Republicans in the challenge to oust President Barack Obama later this year.
