Cabinet likely to clear Food Security Bill
December 13th, 2011 - 8:37 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 13 (IANS) The union cabinet, meeting Tuesday evening, is likely to approve the key Food Security Bill and the Judicial Accountability bill, official sources said.
The meeting is being held at the parliament house complex.
Soon after the cabinet meeting, the prime minister will host a meeting of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) leaders at his residence where the approach to the Lokapl bill will be discussed.
Earlier, the Congress core group met in the afternoon to discuss the Lokpal bill.
