Buddhadeb files papers from Jadavpore
April 5th, 2011 - 2:48 pm ICT by IANSKolkata, April 5 (IANS) West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee Tuesday filed his nomination as a Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) candidate from the Jadavpore constituency for the West Bengal assembly polls.
Amid tight security, Bhattacharjee went to the treasury building of South 24 Parganas district and joined the poll fray from the seat from where he has won five back-to-back elections since 1987.
