Bhardwaj to double up as Andhra governor
September 1st, 2009 - 9:36 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Sep 1 (IANS) Karnataka Governor H.R. Bhardwaj will also discharge the functions of his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N.D. Tiwari, the Rashtrapati Bhavan said Tuesday.
This will be in addition to his own duties, said an official statement here.
