Assembly polls in three states Oct 13
August 31st, 2009 - 6:37 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Aug 31 (IANS) Assembly polls in Maharashtra, Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh will be held Oct 13 and the results will be declared Oct 22, the Election Commission announced Monday.
The last date for nominations is Sep 25, said Chief Election Commissioner Navin Chawla.
Giving details, he said the nominations would be scrutinised Sep 26 and the last date for withdrawal would be Sep 29.
