Apex court holds ouster of Amarinder Singh
April 26th, 2010 - 12:27 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 26 (IANS) The Supreme Court Monday held as unconstitutional the ouster of former Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh from the state assembly on charges of corruption.
A five-judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan ordered forthwith the restoration of Amarinder Singh’s membership of the present assembly.
