Apex court denies bail to former MP jailed for murder
May 14th, 2010 - 4:13 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, May 14 (IANS) The Supreme Court Friday dismissed the bail plea of criminal-turned-politician Anand Mohan Singh, a former Lok Sabha MP serving life sentence for the murder of a Bihar district magistrate in 1994.
Mohan was sentenced to life term for killing Gopalganj district magistrate G. Krishnaiah Dec 5, 1994.
