Anna Hazare starts new blog
November 22nd, 2011 - 11:34 am ICT by IANS
Ralegan-Siddhi (Maharashtra), Nov 22 (IANS) Activist Anna Hazare Tuesday launched a new blog, an aide said.
The blog has a lone opening article penned by Hazare - ‘Curbing Corruption and Holistic Development of Villages - These Two Things are Important for Country’s Development’.
The activist can be found on: annahazaresays.indiaagainstcorruption.org, the aide said.
Unlike an earlier blog which was tri-lingual — in Marathi, Hindi and English — Hazare’s new blog is in Hindi and English.
However, the writers who will air Hazare’s views are not known.
A terse announcement on the old blog, posted nearly two weeks ago, said the blog had been closed.
Two days ago, the Lonavala-based Celebrity Wax Museum unveiled a wax statue of Hazare which was thrown open to the people at its Varsoli exhibition centre on the outskirts of the hill-station.
