Pittsboro, March 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Andrew Young had escaped by a hair’s breadth on Tuesday from being sent to jail by the Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones for contempt of court. Andrew Young is sued by Rielle Hunter, mistress of former U.S senator John Edward for invasion of Privacy. The Court has provided three days time to Andrew Young to come up in front of the court with enough accounts on the matter of the sex tape showing Rielle Hunter along with John Edwards.

On Tuesday as the Court was about to take Andrew Young under custody, the attorneys Robert Elliot and David Pishko who are defending Andrew Young convinced Abraham Penn Jones that given a few more days time, their client would come up with accounts of what he did with the sex tape. Andrew Young has reportedly said that he fails to recollect whether he had shown Robert Draper the sex tape as alleged by the opponent lawyers and testified by Robert Draper himself according to an affidavit.

The Judge Abraham Penn Jones declared that he wants the accused to be truthful and explain the matter to the court. He also added that he is perplexed by the affidavit produced in front of the court by the lawyer of Rielle Hunter in which a man named Robert Draper has reportedly testified that Andrew Young had shown him the sex tape in March 2009. Andrew Young has however confessed that he had recently showed the tape to a news channel in which he is planning to promote his book through the channel.
