Amarinder Singh ouster unconstitutional: apex court (Lead)
April 26th, 2010 - 12:34 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, April 26 (IANS) The Supreme Court Monday said the ouster of former Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh from the state assembly on charges of corruption was unconstitutional.
A five-judge constitution bench headed by Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan ordered the restoration of Amarinder Singh’s membership to the present assembly.
