Washington DC, July 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The former Vice President Al Gore has finally spoken in his defense, as his sexual assault case is raked up again. The Portland police officials also added that they are going to reopen the assault case on the masseuse. The masseuse has been identified as the 54-year-old Molly Hagerty.
The family spokesperson for the Gore family – Kalee Kreider said that, “Further investigation into this matter will only benefit Mr. Gore. The Gores cannot comment on every defamatory, misleading, and inaccurate story generated by tabloids. Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial.”
It ought to be recalled that, a masseuse alleged that Al Gore repeatedly forced unwanted sexual advances on her. The incident happened in 2006. She said that Al Gore booked into the hotel where she was working in the capacity of a masseuse. Al Gore is alleged to have logged into the hotel room with another name - Mr. Stone, as he wanted to be discreet about his visit there. She also claimed that he forced himself on her and kissed her, and she even sustained injuries because of that.
