Advani wants a parallel trail in 2G case: Khurshid

New Delhi, Nov 2 (IANS) The 2G matter is sub-judice and should not be discussed, Law Minister Salman Khurshid said Wednesday after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader L.K. Advani attacked the government over the scam.
“Advaniji wants a pararllel trial in the 2G case. There is a basic thing I want him to know that there is the principle of sub-judice that you don’t discuss what is happening in court,” Khurshid told reporters here.
He said if you discuss what’s happening in court, there is a danger that it will influence what the court will do.
Advani during his Jan Chetna Yatra has been attacking the government for not making details related to the 2G scam public.
