drink July 7, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Soft drinks giant Coca Cola have halted the production of Vanilla Diet Coke, but a woman from Germantown couldn’t just get enough of her fill. She was arrested on Thursday. The deputies of the local Sheriff got a call regarding a woman who was doubtfully drooping over the car’s steering wheel right in front of the Arlington Middle School. The woman identified as Kelly Moss, was found in the seat of the driver that was partially parked on the driveway and the sidewalk of Arlington Middle School.

She was found with several bottles of Vanilla extract and as per an affidavit, Kate’s speaking power was slurry and she couldn’t even hold herself properly. She couldn’t walk without assistance either. She also refused a blood-alcohol test.

Reportedly, the vanilla extract bottles were marked to have at least 35 percent volume of alcohol. There were several bottles of Diet Coke in the front seat as well. The woman’s breath was full of a ‘Vanilla’ smell.

The nutrition info on the bottles actually indicated their high alcohol volume; comparatively Budweiser Beer has an alcohol volume that’s as low as 5 percent. The woman had bought a couple of bottles of Vanilla extract with an eight ounce capacity. They were all bought the day before her arrest.

Kate was finally charged with driving under influence. She was also slammed by the cops for refusing to go through all the necessary tests which was her third and final DUI. Previous records indicate that she was held on a massive 4,000 US Dollar bond.
