Texas, July 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Joan Ginther, a woman from Texas has just won a lottery worth of millions. This however is not why the news is so special. Interestingly, this is her fourth lucky brush with the Texas Lottery. Each win has brought home a prize money of more than one million dollars for her and therefore Joan Ginther is now the proud owner of more than $20 million, all of it earned from the Texas Lottery, the latest win itself bringing with it a $10 million bill.

According to reports, Joan Ginther has been participating in her home town lottery since the year 1993. Her first win at the Texas Lottery back in 1993 helped her bag $5.4 million, this was probably her inspiration to buy tickets yet again in the year 2006 and 2008. The fourth ticket was purchased this year. It has been reported that Joan Ginther purchased two out of her four lottery tickets from the same shop in Texas, where she has been living from the time of birth.

It seems like the lucky star never leaves Joan Ginther’s side. While the first sum of $5.4 million that the lady had first won was paid to her over a period of time spanning 19 years, the next two amounts were paid to her in bulk as soon as she struck gold in the Texan Lottery. Her fourth and latest win has brought to the 63 year old lady’s coffers a total of 6.6 pounds which she won after purchasing a ticket costing her only 30 pounds. Joan Ginther is surely the luckiest when it comes to lotteries.
