Tulsa, Oklahoma, Mar 28, (THAINDIAN NEWS) This is a perfect case of how reel life can be drastically opposite to the real life circumstances. A Manhattan-based business paid a huge amount of money to an escort in order to give her a new lease of life and enable her to overcome the hardships that she had to endure, much similar to the manner in which the events unfolded in the 1990 hit flick “Pretty Woman”. However, the real-life scenario hardly turned out to be as romantic as the Richard Gere, Julia Roberts starrer as the man was cheated by his lady love who supposedly went back to her old job of being an escort.

Unlike “Pretty Woman”, the real life love story between the rich businessman and an escort ended in a legal trouble. 57-year-old Manhattan-based real estate developer Robert Brot has filed a lawsuit against escort Lindsey Deleon for the return of the outstanding money as well as the legal fees incurred by him. The lawsuit claims that the real estate developer met the 26-year-old Lindsey Deleon through an online dating portal and fell in love. The woman seemed to be the perfect example of a damsel in distress as she supposedly had two kids, was in a huge debt and had turned to working as an escort to fulfill her responsibilities.

Andrew Miltenburg, Robert Brot’s attorney has stated that his client genuinely wanted to help her and gave her around $118,061 during their relationship out of which $105,380 is still unpaid. Although Robert Brot wanted to marry her, she chose to go back to her job as a stripper and escort. Although a source close to Lindsey Deleon described the businessman as a bitter lover, his lawyer emphasized that he was in a genuine relationship and the entire incident has left him heartbroken.
