Beijing, May 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A Chinese man who was supposed to be ‘murdered’ a decade earlier, has now re-appeared. And his supposedly-murderer has now been acquitted of the ‘supposed murder’ and he was released from jail too. According to Xinhua, a court in Henan released Zhao Zuohai who was believed to have murdered Zhao Zhenshang. Even though he was finally acquitted of the crime that he never ever committed in the first place, yet the justice was certainly delayed for him, because he had already spend 10 years behind bars. The court for the ‘supposed murder’ had sentenced him to 29 years.

Zhao Zuohai got into trouble after a hatchet fight, when a body bereft of a head was found in his village. He was arrested and the Chinese police tortured him to admit the crime. He succumbed and admitted that he was guilty. After that he was sentenced to 29 years behind bars. And now after Zhenshang’s appearance, he is finally free.

Zhenshang came back to his village on the 2nd of May, because he wanted the welfare support. He said candidly that he had run away from his village, because he was afraid that he had mistakenly killed Zhao Zuohai in a hatchet fight.
