lyon Lyon, Aug 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A woman in France has confessed to murdering her boyfriend, who was a former chef and keeping his body in a deep freezer for two years in the French city of Lyon according to prosecutors.

Fifty-one year old Guylene Collober admitted that she physically abused her partner, Jean –Francois Poinard. The former chef was 71 years old when he passed away in November 2008, according to the prosecutor of case, Marc Desert on Wednesday.

Guylene was questioned earlier too, but she lied that her partner could have been murdered by criminals. The prosecutor said the woman had been suffering from both mental and psychological problems.

Her boyfriend was not allowed to interact with anyone while he was alive including family and his loved ones. And he was always seen with minor injuries every time he went out.

When police decided to search the home of the couple, Poinard’s body was found frozen in a deep freezer after dying from one of her girlfriend’s numerous physical attacks. There are also reports that his girlfriend murdered him and then placed his body in a bath for a couple of days until a deep freezer was bought to preserve his body.
