New York, Aug 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Qantas Airways is looking into accusations from an Australian man known as Andrew Kahn for holding him on for 15 hours which is regarded as enough time to travel to the United States. This happened on Friday when Andrew called the Qantas airlines to make confirmations about his trip to New York which he had planned to undertake on Sunday.

He was then placed in queue requesting him to wait for someone to attend to him. To his surprise he was kept waiting from 7.22pm-the time that he made the call-to 11.01am. He gave up and decided to hang up. Andrew was disappointed by the let down and decided that he would never book again with the Qantas Airlines.

This however got to the attention of the Qantas through the media and they denied the allegations claiming that on that day, saying that the longest waiting time they gave to a client was 17 minutes. The airlines opposed the comments made by Andrew claiming that it was a false accusation.

To his defense, Andrew said that as he was waiting for response he read a book which had 200 pages and he visited the internet as well therefore stating that what he was saying about the Qantas were true allegations.
