Man dressed as breathalyzer for Halloween arrested for DUI

Nebraska, Nov 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) 19-year-old Matthew Nieveen failed to read what he was in front of what he wore on this Halloween. At least that is the only reason that can be given because Matthew did exactly opposite what was written in front of his outfit.
Dressed in a breathalyzer outfit Matthew was arrested by the police after they realized that he was driving his Ford F-150-a pick-up truck erratically. When Matthew was asked to step out of the car and step forward, they realized that he was drunk and was in possession of alcohol. The cops then charged him with driving under influence and possessing alcohol as a minor.
It was however not clear whether the police had a breathalyzer to check the amount of alcohol he had in his system. The police however made sure that they recorded that he was wearing a breathalyzer when he was arrested. The report read that “He was dressed as a PBT [preliminary breath testing] alcohol sensor and had been attending a Halloween party prior to the stop”.
If it was a joke then it could be an expensive joke because at least the breathalyzer costume had enough warning to tell Matthew that what he was doing was dangerous.
