Liz Wray stunned to see live baby mice fall out of pack of crisps
December 14th, 2010 - 2:50 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattBirmingham, Dec 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Liz Wray got the shock of her life when live baby mice fell out of a packet of crisps that she had gotten from a Tesco store. Liz divulges that she could see that there were at least 6 live mice that were falling from the packets in the Tesco store. This particular Tesco store is located in Aston, Birmingham.
Liz Wray said that, “They were repulsive and made me feel revolting. There were half a dozen of them crawling out of different holes in the crisps and we couldn’t believe our eyes. I was with a work colleague who reached out towards the crisps and started screaming. They dropped down from the shelf.”
She also said that there were numerous holes in the packets of the crisps, which suggest that the rodents were nesting there and also feeding on the packets. After the situation came to light, she thought that the store would be closed for some time till the situation could be fixed, but it was not to be. She got a further shock when she found out that the store personnel collected the rodents in a box and then called in the pest control.
