Warwickshire, Jan 21 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A live chicken was thrown at KFC staff in a restaurant, which is located in Nuneaton. According to reports, two men went inside the restaurant and threw the live hen through an open window. And their accomplice filmed the whole incident. Later all of them sped away on a two-wheeler.

RSPCA inspectors are now on the lookout for the three men. RSPCA inspector Helen Smith clarified that the hen didn’t suffer any injuries but all the same the hen was distressed. The hen also lost a number of feathers on her neck. Helen said that, “It’s just completely irresponsible to abandon an animal in this way. It is never acceptable under any circumstances to use an animal as part of a practical joke or prank.”

The KFC staff has named the hen as ‘Mrs. Sanders’ and the RSPCA officials are trying to find a new home for her.

The video footage is available on the Internet and it has been viewed numerous times by many people, who have also commented on the funny but sad incident. One thought provoking comment read as, “People who eat at KFC are more responsible for cruelty to chickens than these guys.”
