Idaho robber has a bad ‘alibi’ after he is found at Alibi Bar
November 13th, 2010 - 1:11 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattIdaho, Nov 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A robber failed to plan for an escape route. After he allegedly went into the Cedars Inn and demanded that the desk clerk should hand over cash to him. When the police were called in after the robber had left, they didn’t have to look further to locate him.
The robber, Donald Mosley Jr. was found at the Alibi bar which is located just next to the hotel. That is some way to run from the police. It took the police less than 15 minutes to locate and arrest Mosley at the bar. Police later realized that they have had a confrontation with Mosley before.
He was booked into the Nez Perce County Jail. Authorities say he could be charge with felony robbery charges. In recent weeks, Mosley has found himself at the wrong side of the law twice. The police quite remember Mosley from a previous incident.
In late last October, Mosley was arrested for false alarm. Mosley used a payphone to make a fake fire call after he was refused a coffee at the Lewiston fire station.
Authorities did not indicate if Mosley has a lawyer.
