German swearing hotline allows callers to call in and swear

This hotline says that it allows people to call in and swear so that they can blow off steam. This idea was brought about by two entrepreneurs who felt that they needed to give people a way to let out the anger that they are feeling.
People who want to shout and let out their frustrations just need to dial the hotline number and scream everything that they feel they need to get out of their chest. The German name for the hotline is ‘schimpf- los’ which means ‘swear away’ in English.
There are operators who work at the hotline seven days a week and their work is to just pick up the calls and listen to the callers let out their anger. Ralf Schulte who is one of the two entrepreneurs says that they do not judge people who are angry. He says that they give people a platform to let out their anger with no strings attached.
He goes further to say that they understand that feeling angry and having the need to let it out happens and it is a natural thing. Callers who are not ready to swear are helped to talk about it by the operators.
