Berlin, Feb 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A new legislation draft has been approved by the Germany cabinet to allow children to freely make noise.

Some Germans are against the noise that children make. The noise does irritate some people so much that they force kindergartens located in the cities to have noise proof walls to filter the noise. Some kindergartens are not that fortunate because permission to build are often denied because of the noise.

Germany has very interesting statistics when it comes to children. Many analysts predicts that the country is sitting on a demographic time bomb after it emerged that less that 14 percent of the country’s population are under 14 years.

The German government has noticed that problem and is currently encouraging Germans to have more children. Statistically only about 16 percent of German households have children with most of the population believing that it is not necessary to have children.

The new draft legislation rules that the noise that children make cannot be linked with pollution. The text said the noise that comes from most of the places that children are kept cannot be said to cause “environmental damage”.
