Delaware doctor accused of water-boarding daughter

Delaware, Aug 10 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A doctor in Delaware is being accused of waterboarding his 11 year old daughter. The doctor, who has appeared on national television for his research on experiences that are near-death, is being accused of holding the face of his daughter under a running faucet.

Melvin Morse and his wife are being accused of not treating their daughter well and Melvin’s medical license has been rebuked. He and his wife are being held as investigations continue. Joe Hurley, who is the attorney of Morse, said that he did not know where that came from. He said that the daughter was lying to get attention.

Waterboarding is a kind of torture that has been used before by US forces on terrorism suspects. This is not the first time that Morse is facing a lawsuit. He has been charged before with endangering the life of a child. Morse’s daughter said that her father had used the waterboarding technique on her four times since the year 2009. Morse is very well known for his publications on paranormal activities and other out of the world experiences. He has even appeared on live shows such as The Oprah Winfrey Show and Larry King Live to discuss his research findings. Morse has even been featured on several magazines.
