David Truscott jailed for his ‘manure’ fetish
March 28th, 2011 - 9:00 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLondon, Mar 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) A man has found out rather too late that freedom to exercise one’s faith does not give him the license to step on the rights of others.
For six years, David Truscott had been terrorizing another family because of his fetish believes for manure. However when the Cornish farmer, Clive Roth found Truscott naked and covered part in mud and manure, he thought that was it. Truscott was found lying beside the 16-year-old son of Roth on the field.
The Truro crown court has subsequently sentenced 41-year-old Truscott to two years in jail for his behavior. The court was also told that Truscott has been previously jailed for arson that led to the death of a cow belonging to Roth.
Before the incident that led to the arrest and subsequent jailing of Truscott, a court has issued a restraining order for Truscott to stay clear of the Roths. He obviously couldn’t do that and the judge had no option but to jail Truscott. He was jailed for harassment and breach of restraining order.
His defense team tried unsuccessfully to convince the court that Truscott has issues with his state of mind. After the ruling, his lawyer said that Truscott is “sad, socially inadequate and vulnerable.”
