Florida, Oct 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) With the Halloween fast approaching, several families are on the hunt to find something scarier but not too scary.

A couple in Florida had the shock of their lives when they realized that they had just bought human bones. Mitchell Fletcher thought he had just bought a box of fake bones for $8 during yard sale but upon getting home, he and his wife realized that they just bought the real thing.

The couple immediately called the Sheriff’s Office when they realized their mistake.

When the detectives arrive at the house, they collected the said “human” bones and medical examiners were called in to check the bones.

When the results came out, it brought some form of relief to the couple and the detectives as a whole because the bones’ were part of professionally prepared human bones. The bones were made to be used at the labs and the cost was not the $8 that the couple had bought it for at the yard, but rather more than $3,000.

The news, especially the cost will sure interest the man and his wife - Judith. Hope they now enjoy their Halloween with their newfound bones or I must say, fortune!
