London, Jan 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Someone will definitely have to answer some questions to bosses at CNN after the network’s news map placed London at the wrong side. CNN, regarded as one of the biggest news organizations in the world, was doing a story about the phone hacking scandal in London when the image was shown.

In the image, London is shown at the north-east side of the United Kingdom. At that position, whoever came up with that map has paced London in Norfolk. A picture of the error was captured and posted on Twitter.

This is not the first time that an American network has struggled with an European map. Some weeks back, FOX News showed an European map that did not include Croatia.

CNN was carrying the news on the arrests made by the London police in connection with the phone hacking scandal. Several people are currently being investigated for the biggest phone hacking scandal to hit the United States. The scandal led to the collapse of the tabloid News of the World in 2011. Investigators are still involved in trying to unravel the mystery that shocked the whole world.
