Facebook London, Mar 31 (ANI): Westfield shopping centre in west London has unveiled a hi-tech changing room gadget for shoppers wanting to find out, ‘does my bum look big in this?’

The ‘Tweet Mirror’ uses a high-definition camera to take images of shoppers trying on outfits and they can then study the photos themselves or tweet or post on Facebook for friends to offer a second opinion.

“It came about after one of our engineers was getting married,” the Daily Mail quoted Kevin Trafford from Nedap, the Dutch firm behind the gadget, as saying.

“He realised his fiancée was taking Polaroid pictures of herself in different dresses to show to her friends in the evening and thought there had to be a better way to do this.

“You really can answer the question of whether your bum looks big.

“You can also drag outfits next to each other on screen to compare them,” he added.

Once a picture has been sent, customers check for responses on their mobile phone.

The firm is already in talks with several high street giants, and it is hoped the Tweet Mirror could be a common sight on the high street soon. (ANI)
