Today is National Chocolate Covered Anything Day

It is not clear how the day came about but whoever added the “National” to the day got it wrong. There has been no legal proclamation so the day could just be Chocolate Covered Anything Day. With that said, let’s see what the day is all about.
As the name of the day implies, you can tickle yourself by covering anything at all with chocolate. You may also consider sharing with your friends because we are getting close to the Christmas season which is reserved almost exclusively to giving out gifts.
This is what Holiday Insights suggest you should do on the day, “Today, we get to enjoy our beloved chocolate by covering something…just about anything… in a generous amount of chocolate. Pour, spread, or drizzle chocolate over cakes, cupcakes, pies, pancakes or waffles, nuts, raisins, even ants (yes, some people actually eat chocolate covered ants!). We will let you decide what is too extreme, and how much is too much, if any.”
