Sep 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) There are a number of cars and SUVs out on the streets of the USA but not all of them justify the price tag they come with. The list of the 10 most expensive cars has been released by Forbes site and the majority of these cars are SUVs and trucks. The only sedan included in this list is the Chrysler 300. The cars that were listed got the ranks according to the variation between the manufacturer suggested retail price and market price. The customer satisfaction ratings of Consumer Report were also added in this context. The list was made on the cost of the cars applicable in the US market. The list is available in a number of websites by now.

The Chrysler 300 is among the most overpriced cars and the difference between its market price and manufacturer’s suggested retail price is as high as 21.1 percent. CATS Motors which sells this particular model did not react to the Forbes List but said that the cost of the cars can change owing to currency exchange rate adjustments. Most of the overpriced cars are from the stable of GM and Chevrolet and Ford has a few models in this list as well. Nissan the Japan based carmaker has got entry in this list and its two models Armada and Titan find a place here.

The list may be useful for the customers who seek best bargain for their money. However, some of the listed cars and SUVs continue to sell in high numbers in the US market. The companies are yet to react on this issue.
