211335k16Feb 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) For most foodies as well as reality television show lovers, ‘Kitchen Nightmares’ is one series that has gained popularity over the years. This show is hosted by Chef Gordon Ramsay. In each episode of the show, he visits a restaurant with his crew that is in dire need of a renovation. He does not hesitate to point out to the owners of the eating outlets why the restaurant has run into rough weather. However, he just does not stop there and also helps the owners with tips and shows them how things can be brought into order. The latest episode of the show was aired on Fox network yesterday and the chef chose a Whitehouse Station restaurant named The Junction. It was earlier known as the Flamangos.

When Chef Gordon Ramsay reached the restaurant at Whitehouse Station, NJ, a shock was waiting for him. He could immediately see that the restaurant owned and run by a family desperately needed a makeover. The problem with the restaurant is the unwillingness of the owner to incorporate change that can infuse freshness into the entity. The chef worked in tandem with the employees of the restaurant and came up with a new look, menu and also a new name.

However, this was not the first time that the chef came across unwilling and stubborn owners who refuse to admit their faults. He was prudent and wise enough to convince the owner like he had done in many of the episodes of the show. It proved to be an entertaining experience for the viewers again.
