Teacher in Britain films sex with students, faces jail
April 5th, 2011 - 7:24 pm ICT by IANSLondon, April 5 (IANS) A 29-year-old schoolteacher in Britain, who filmed himself having sex with three underage girls, will face imprisonment, a media report said.
Christopher Drake, a physical education teacher, seduced the girls and filmed them on his mobile phone, the Daily Express reported.
He was discovered when police were called to his home on Valentine’s Day last year.
Justin Hayhoe, the prosecutor, said a 15-year-old girl ran out of Drake’s home “hysterical” when she found him with another girl, who was 14 when their relationship began in 2008.
According to Hayhoe, when officers arrived, they found the girls and “rose petals on the floor, fluffy handcuffs and bondage equipment”.
One of the girls, in interviews, said they had sex in the sports hall and another described having sex with him in a car park and on a school trip.
Adam Watkins, the defence lawyer, said: “He more recently has had a growing remorse and realises how wrong and abusive these relationships have been.”
Drake of Greater Manchester, a metropolitan county in northwest England, has admitted to a list of charges, including 18 counts of sexual activity with a child. He’ll be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court.
