Here is a recipe for Sweet Potato Casserole by Ina Garten :-

The ingredients required for this tasty casserole are :-
• 4 pounds sweet potatoes (about 6 large)
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

The directions to make this marvelous casserole are as follows:-

First of all we need to preheat the oven to 375 degrees farenheit. Then we need to clean the potatoes, prick them and bake them till they are cooked through. Then take the cooked portion of the potatoes and then beat it with all the other mentioned ingredients. Then bake it for 20-30 minutes and the yummy casserole is ready!
