Dec.26, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The year is about to end and it appears that the retailers are in a mood to clear off their old stocks before the new year 2010 approaches. Discount sales, which started from Black Friday and was supposed to continue through the holiday season, is expected to become more lucrative after Christmas. The ‘after Christmas sales’, kick-starting from December 26, 2009, is having some attractive deals in store. Some of the major retailers of the country has offered great deals on Christmas sales to earn some profit in the year end.

According to the reports of the sources, the retailers are interested to attract a huge crowd on the after Christmas sales and has offered up to seventy-five percent discount on some selected deals. It has come to the news that Walmart, Target, Newegg, American Girl stores, Amazon and Kmart are among the retailers, who have decided to participate in this great discount shopping.

Reports indicated that most of the retailers have decided to offer more than fifty percent discounts on some selected merchandise and people can rush to the stores to bag the best deals in this tough economic condition. Though many people have completed their shopping on this festive sales, retailers expect to see a huge crowd on stores for this after Christmas sales. Discounts will be available on different items, including, toys, games, gadgets, electronics as well as other products. Therefore, people who were unable to go for festive shopping due to the winter conditions, can purchase their required products on Christmas sales.
